The room had lovely decorations and a nice view of the mountains, and the staff were really great.

I loved airy rooms and reasonably good staff. It had TV set, coffee/tea makers, and a seating area if needed...

The staff here is so friendly, and the food variety is amazing; also, the location is right next to the city center and beautiful mountains.

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. the staff, especially Matrika, were incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. Secondly, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the beautiful mountains and even watch the sunrise from my bed. Lastly, the food was superb, with the chef, Pawan, going above and beyond in accommodating my special requests.

I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

The hotel we stayed at during Thanksgiving exceeded expectations. The rooms were incredibly clean and had a stunning view of the mountains. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the town center, with easy access to nearby attractions. we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and fresh breakfast offered every morning.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that left us a bit disappointed. the shower in our room was not working properly during our stay.

I had an very nice stay at a hotel in the charming town of Kalimpong. The ambience was good, the location was convenient, and the mountain view from my room was superb. The hotel staff were well-behaved and attentive, making sure that cleanliness and hygiene were maintained throughout my stay. On top of that, the chef's ability to cook both Bengali and local cuisine was excellent. To top it all off, they surprised me with a complimentary cake cutting ceremony and a specially decorated dinner for my anniversary celebration. The food was delicious and the overall experience nice. I can't wait to go back!

The facilities lacked a shower and hot water connection in the wash basin, and there were no hangers in the washroom.

We recently stayed at a hotel during Christmas time and it was overall a decent experience. the staff was friendly and offered us complementary cake and wine, which was a pleasant surprise. the location of the hotel was also convenient and offered us easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. what we enjoyed the most was the breathtaking view from our room, which made our Christmas stay memorable.

One thing that we disliked was the limited food selection offered by the hotel.
